1. Complete the registration form, then click next

2. Choose your payment option, then click complete registration.

a. If you choose to pay online follow the instructions and be sure to print your receipt

b. If you choose to pay offline, payment must be postmarked by Friday, October 30

Mailing information is on the registration form, please include your confirmation # with payment.

3. You will get a confirmation number when you have completed all 3 steps.
Print the page with the # on it!
