Meet Information

Registration: You must email Meet Director, Mike Schimpf at mschimpf@greencastle.k12.in.us to register for

the meet. Registration is due by Friday, February 27.

Contract: Please complete and return the enclosed contract by February 27.

Entry Procedure: Entries will be done through Directathletics.( www.directathletics.com)

1. Click on the link “New User? Click HERE”

2. Follow onscreen instructions. You will be able to create an account online.

3. Set up your online roster. Click on the TEAM tab.

4. Click on the green “Add Athletes” link.

5. Enter your roster.

6. Once your roster has been set up, you are ready to do your entries. Go to the Home or Schedule tab and click on the Register button next to the Greencastle High School/HSR Indoor meet.

7. Use the NEW “Enter by Athlete” method.

8. Follow the onscreen instructions for submitting your entries. You will see a running tally of your entries on the right side of your screen.

9. When you are finished with your entries, click the “Finish” link.

10. You may edit your entries by clicking on the blue Edit Entries button.

Entries are due by Thursday, March 5 at noon. You may enter three athletes per running event, three athletes per field event, and one relay per school. Heat sheets will NOT be posted but can be picked up at the meet

Entry Fee; $50 per team. $100 for boys and girls together. Make checks out to Greencastle High School, Meet Director.

Scratches can be made upon arrival at the check-in desk at the southeast end of the indoor track facility.

Facililty. DePauw indoor track has 6-lane 200m Mondo Super X surface for the oval and 8-lane 55m straight-a-way. Throwing events surface is wood.

Team Camp. Athletes and coaches should make their camp on the infield of the facility. Please stay out of the balcony which is reserved for spectators.

Awards. T-shirts will be given to all event winners. No team scores will be kept.

Spikes. Only 1/8” pyramid spikes are allowed. No needle, pin, or Christmas tree spikes allowed. ¼” pyramid spikes may be used in recessed spike plates. Please plan accordingly.

Locker rooms. Restrooms and locker rooms are located in the Indoor Facility and in the adjacent Blackstock Stadium.

Admission. Admission is $2.00 per adult and $1.00 per student.

Directions. The DePauw Indoor Tennis and Track Facility is located on the west end of Hanna Street. Hanna Street is the first block north of Kentucky Fried Chicken on Highway 231. Follow Hanna Street through the DePauw University campus until the road ends at the Indoor Facility.
