How to Qualify for the Hoosier State
Relays
2008 Qualifying Standards
- Qualifying dates:
Any IHSAA sanctioned meet from
February 25, 2008 – March 16,2008
All qualified athletes must be entered and
entry fee must be paid by credit card by Tuesday, March 18 in
Direct Athletics.
You must create an account if you do not have
one.
You may only enter qualified athletes.
Direct Athletics instructions.
How athletes qualify:
- Athletes may
qualify from any IHSAA meet or IHSAA sanctioned meet.
- These
meets have to be run, during the IHSAA season, February 25th
through March 16th.

Conference Indoor Meets

High School sponsored indoor meets

Nike Indoor (Maryland)

National Scholastic Indoor (New York)
- Running
events must be F.A.T. (No hand held times permitted)
High Jump and Pole Vault qualifying heights should be measured.
- Results of
any meet from February 25th to March 16th
must be sent by meet officials in HyTek format to
jalano@hse.k12.in.us
- Only
athletes that meet the qualifying standards will be
allowed to enter.
There will not be a top twelve list, only those who meet the
standard may enter. Athletes may be entered on Direct
Athletics as soon as they make the standard.

Schools may enter more than 2
athletes in individual events. All athletes must meet
qualifying standards. Schools are limited to 1 team per
relay.
