MAKE SURE YOU CAN PRINT BEFORE YOU REGISTER!!
1. Complete the
registration form, then click next
2. Choose your payment
option, then click complete registration.
3. You will get a
confirmation number when you have completed all steps. Print
the page with that # on it!
a. If you choose to pay online follow the
instructions and be sure to print your receipt
b. If you choose to mail in your payment be
sure to print the page and mail a copy with your payment to

for 2010, you do not need to do this.
Membership runs from Jan 1, 2010 to Dec 31, 2010
