SURE YOU CAN PRINT BEFORE YOU REGISTER!! PLEASE
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS THE FORM HAS CHANGED SINCE LAST TIME! BE SURE TO
COMPLETE ALL 4 STEPS TO SUCCESSFULLY REGISTER 1. Use your previously created profile to
login or CLICK REGISTER to get to the
registration form 2. Complete the
registration form, then click Continue 3. Review your
registration information or add other attendees, then click Continue 4. Choose your payment
option, then click Make Payment. a. TO PAY BY MAILING A CHECK select Make payment later Mailing information will
print on your receipt |

5. You
will get a receipt with a confirmation number when you have completed all 4
steps. Print the page with the # on
it! YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL FOUR STEPS AND GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER TO BE REGISTERED YOU WILL SEE A NICE GREEN BOX THAT STATES YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY
REGISTERED ***If you registered for the 2012 track clinic, you are a member
for 2012, you do not need to do this. Membership runs from Jan 1, 2012 to Dec 31, 2012 |
