Minutes from 5-6-01 meeting: Approved – with addition to mid-west staff Rick Stover(North Cetnral)

Treasurer’s report: Treasurer not present

Mid-West report: Went smoothly. Boys 2nd , Girls 3rd

                  discussed more incentives to participate

Mid-East Cross Country: November 17, 2001      Girls 11:00     Boys After

Hall-of-Fame: Longevity Awards – send eligible coaches names to Ricke Stucker

                  Still need nominees for 2003 induction

Clinic 2002: Jan. 31, Feb 1-2                  Adams Mark Hotel, Downtown Indianapolis

Thursday – Sessions           Friday – Sessions, Rules Interpretation, Hall of Fame Banquet

Saturday – Sessions, NO learn by doing - has moved to the next weekend

$70 Fee for Clinic: Approved

Track Academic All-State – Ed Stouffel now in charge of compiling and certificates

                                    Replaced Scott Lidskin

Cross-Country All-State – Doug Drenth, form in mailing for this meeting, soon on website

Cross Country Poll – Tim Rayle e-mail with help

Cross Country Clinic – Bill Wilkie featured speaker                 Possibly at Adams Mark

Nov 2 –3       All-State Runners      Address 3 level tournament

IATCCC Constitution – last revised in 1986                 Will revise this fall

Cross Country numbers: What can we do?

Midwest Boys Staff – Mark Grossenbacher moved out of state

                           John Kappes(Portage) head coach    Steve Cotherman will help out

Track State Tournament – Throws have been changed to worst flight first

Girls Track Poll – Jim Pierce(Harrison) will take over

Indoor Meet – IATCCC Championships weekend after Purdue Finals

Last year for Gene and Rose Edmonds to run Bomber Boiler Relays – Possible plaque or recognition

Middle School State Meet – At Southeastway after semistate
