Sponsorship Information and Guidelines: Midwest Meet of Champions 2010-2014

To house and feed the athletes and coaches, and to supply awards and compensation to our officials and workers, we need your sponsorship. We must supply transportation to and from the track, and put on a banquet, along with many other responsibilities to make sure that this is a great experience for all of the visiting athletes, parents and fans. I am offering different options for you and your organization to choose from. Please help us in hosting this great event.

#1-Event Sponsor:  You may sponsor one of the events in the actual meet. We encourage you or a representative from your company to present the awards to the  athletes during the awards ceremonies. You and/or your company will be advertised in the meet program. Medals, plaques, along with event workers, officials, and facilities are part of the cost absorbed by you sponsorship.

Event Sponsorship: $250

Program sponsor:  You can help us with sponsoring the meet program. You and/or your company will be represented in the program.

Program Sponsorship: $100.00 (or the printing itself.)

Meet Sponsor: We are looking for at least a couple of Meet Sponsorships. We have meals, officials, workers, facilities, transportation, media, and mailings along with advertisement that we must take care of. Guest speakers at the banquet, (former Olympian) TBA. And numerous costs will be incurred. You will be in the Meet Program as well as represented at the meet itself in different ways.

Meet Sponsorship: $2000.00-$5,000.00 or above.

Donations:  If you or someone that you are in contact with would like to give a monetary donation or a donation of any type of Product, it would be greatly appreciated.

We would like the sponsorship for the 4 year cycle that we will be hosting the meet. You do not have to pay all 4 years at once, as we know you have a yearly budget to work with. Do what you can so that we can put on one the best meets in the Midwest. It will be a great reflection on our city of Ft. Wayne and all of the great people who make it up.
